“When should I expect my ORDER to be shipped/arrive?”

Most merch orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days of the order placement. This is subject to slight change if we are on tour. In terms of arrival, we ship at the most basic level via USPS and are based out of upstate New York, so please wait one or two weeks from order placement to receive your package!

“Where is my package?”

Any and all SV merch bought is shipped with USPS and is accompanied by a tracking number that will be sent to you via email once we ship it out. You can use this to find out wherever your package may be at any given time. Keep in mind, once it has left our hands, we can no longer control what happens, but will be happy to help in any way we can!
